Returns

We understand that sometimes products may not meet your expectations. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer the following return policy:

  • Eligibility for Return:

    • Returns are accepted within 5 days from the date of delivery.

    • To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

    • Due to the nature of medical supplies, some items such as stethoscopes, thermometers, and other medical equipment cannot be returned if they have been opened or used, unless they are defective.

  • Non-Returnable Items:

    • Items that have been opened, used, or are no longer in their original condition.

    • Products that are customized or made to order.

Refunds

If your return is approved, we will process your refund in the original payment method within 5-7 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed.

  • Shipping Costs:
    Shipping charges are non-refundable. If you are returning an item due to a change of mind or dissatisfaction, you are responsible for the return shipping cost.

  • Damaged or Defective Items:
    If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 2 days of receiving the product. We will provide a full refund or send a replacement.

How to Return an Item

  2. Provide Order Information:
    Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and a brief reason for the return.

  3. Return Authorization:
    Once we approve your return, we will provide you with a return authorization number and shipping instructions.

  4. Ship the Product:
    Pack the item securely and return it to us using the provided instructions. Please ensure the item is in its original condition and packaging.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product, please return the original item and place a new order for the desired item.
